Mr Jack Ward, Executive Vice President of the American Hereford Association will be the keynote speaker at the 2019 Herefords Australia Breed Forum. The breed forum will be held in Hamilton, Victoria on 11 and 12 June 2019.
Mr Ward will provide insights into the trends and opportunities that have recently benefited the Hereford breed in the USA and how the Australian Hereford producer can best capitalise on these opportunities as they emerge in Australia. Under the leadership of Mr Ward the Hereford Breed in the USA has achieved unprecedented success & regained a prominent position in the beef industry.
The Herefords Australia Breed Forum ‘Breeding into Profit with a Whiteface’ will be a two day event combining a mixture of presentations targeted to both stud and commercial producers along with the Herefords Australia AGM and a Breed Dinner. There will be cutting edge information provided to attendees outlining how whiteface genetics can improve profit in both purebred and crossbreeding operations.
