Welcoming Áine Egan – Our new Marketing & Communications Manager

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Herefords Australia is delighted to announce that Áine Egan (pronounced “Onya” — just think good on ya) has commenced as our new Marketing & Communications Manager — and no, we don’t blame you if you misread her name the first time!

Áine brings over eight years of experience in marketing, communications, and brand development, along with a lifelong passion for agriculture, having spent her childhood on her grandparents’ cattle farm in Ireland. From mucking out sheds to managing multi-channel campaigns, she’s no stranger to hard work — just with slightly cleaner boots these days.

Previously Áine lead the marketing team at EvotecPlus, a prominent Australian technology provider, Áine has built a reputation for developing and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns, managing digital platforms, and working closely with stakeholders to boost brand awareness and engagement. A natural storyteller with a knack for translating industry insights into compelling, accessible content, she’s equally at home writing search-friendly web copy as she is crafting social posts that make livestock genetics not just understandable — but genuinely interesting.

While Áine’s recent work has been in the technology and telecommunications sectors, she’s a highly adaptable marketer with a knack for audience engagement and meaningful connection — two things that matter just as much in paddocks as they do in pixels. Known for her quick wit and a well-timed pun (you’ve been warned), Áine brings a fresh perspective and creative flair that aligns perfectly with our mission to champion the Hereford breed far and wide.

We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome someone of Áine’s calibre, creativity, and dedication to our team. Her experience and passion will be instrumental in driving the future success of Herefords Australia’s communications and outreach efforts – with a few good yarns along the way.

Please join us in welcoming Áine to the team.
