Unfortunately, we have discovered a technical issue where some members did not receive their HAL July 2024 invoice, which led to certain accounts being flagged as 90+ days overdue and automatically suspended in line with Section 10 of the regulation changes, as communicated in September 2024. We’re actively investigating this issue and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. As we work to lift suspensions and resolve the matter, please check your spam/junk folders and let us know of any anomalies. Our team is here to assist with any concerns you may have.
