Sale comments: Sold at auction by Paul Dooley, 17 bulls were sold from 20 offered with buyers attending from Nevertire, Hunter River and Mid Coast areas. A further 1 bull sold immediately after the sale.
Long-time client Peter Swatridge and family from “Brangus Park”, Nevertire, secured the two top priced Hereford bulls at $11,000 for C. Pixel P104 by Oak Downs Lawloit L75 and the $10,000 C. Newman N140 by Allendale Anzac E114.
J.T. & P.M. O’Brien, Wauchope, bought two Hereford bulls averaging $8,500.
The vendors thank all the purchasers and under bidders for their support at the sale in the face of a very difficult year’s weather to date.
