Buyers have their say on whether colour counts when purchasing cattle
Pricing differential is just a myth. Herefords Australia Chairman Marc Greening spoke to Stock & Land recently and said that there was no evidence to suggest Angus cattle were outperforming Herefords in any meaningful way.

The 60th Anniversary Cocktail Function is being held at The Goods Shed, Wodonga on 14 May 2025 at 6.30pm. Herefords Australia Youth Auction Wodonga – Calling for Donations!
The Herefords Australia Youth Committee are seeking donations for the Wodonga Youth Auction. If you have any items for donation please contact Nikki Martin youth@herefordsaustralia.com.au or Tabby Cross tabitha.cross@icloud.com Donations of handmade goods, artworks, wine, clothing, toys, gift boxes, cattle products (semen, hides, meat), holiday homes/units for getaways, farming equipment, gift vouchers, luggage, leather goods, home/kitchenware, jewellery or anything you have to donate would be greatly appreciated. 100% of all proceeds raised go directly to HAL Youth initiatives.
