The board are pleased to announce the appointment of the following members to the Herefords Australia Research and Development (R&D) Advisory Group.

The board would also like to thank all Herefords Australia members who nominated for the Advisory Group. The number of applications far exceeded expectations and we are now taking this opportunity to hold meetings with all nominees to ensure ideas and feedback are captured for consideration in the development of R&D policy and programs.
The Group is the forum for Herefords Australia members to provide insight and feedback in relation to Herefords Australia research and development (R&D) policy and programs.
The Group will provide advice to the Herefords Australia Board who will consider recommendations regarding R&D programs from the Advisory Group, along with the fit to strategy, feasibility of implementation and viability of any suggested projects or initiatives.
The Group will be facilitated by Hamish Chandler (Herefords Australia R,D&E Specialist) and will replace the current Herefords Australia Technical Committee. The Group has two board sponsors (Marc Greening and Lisa Sharp) with meetings observed by HAL CEO, Michael Crowley.
