Sale comments: All purchasers were repeat buyers except for the new owner of Lot 3, another Electric son, Glenellerslie Rangler, sold for $7,500 to Tummel Hereford Stud, Walcha.
Volume buyers were Ross Trethowan, Cookardinia, taking home 3 bulls for a top price of $6500, Stuart Webb, Adelong, also taking 3, Peter Forrest, Tintaldra, Julum Pty Ltd, Adelong, Tim Woodgate, Buchan, Rosebank Pastoral Co, Casterton all purchasing 2 bulls. Other bulls went to Tumbarumba, Bowna, Mansfield & Pine Mountain.
Vendors Ross & Mandy Smith were happy with the result, selling 20 bulls (16 Hereford, 4 Poll Hereford) under the prevailing conditions was better than expected.
