2024 Calendar Photo Competition Rules:

1. All photos must be received by email 5pm, 30 September 2023. Please email all photos to: youth@herefordsaustralia.com.au
2. This competition is open to all ages and Hereford breeders across Australia – you do not need to be a financial member of Herefords Australia or Herefords Australia Youth to submit photos.
3. Photos must be submitted in a minimum file size of 2.0MB and must be able to be printed in high resolution.
   All photos with a file-size under 2.0MB will be rejected.
4. All photos must be submitted by the photographer or with written permission from the photographer.
5. All entrants acknowledge that any photos sent to be entered in the competition become property of Herefords Australia and may appear in the calendar or used for future marketing or advertising purposes.
6. The photos will be judged by a selection panel and the 12 photos that will feature in the calendar will be posted on Facebook for the public to vote (like), with the photo receiving the most likes to appear on the cover of the calendar.
7. Herefords Australia reserves the right to final decision and discretion on the final photo chosen.
8. Please include a caption on your photo using 5 words or less, along with your name and where you are from
9. The decision on what photos to use will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
