To the Herefords Australia Member,
On behalf of the Herefords Australia Board, I wish to notify all Herefords Australia members that on the 5th of October members submitted to the company 12 resolutions to remove all twelve directors (section 203D) from the Herefords Australia Board. The number of eligible votes received from members submitting the resolutions totalled more than 5% which under the Corporations Act (249D) Herefords Australia is now obligated to call a general meeting.
In accordance with section 249J, Herefords Australia will hold a general meeting on the 1st of December starting at 10am at the Armidale Ex Services Memorial Club (137 Dumaresq St). A formal notice of the meeting, the resolutions, the agenda and a proxy form for voting on the resolutions will be forwarded to all Herefords Australia members via mail within the next 7 days.
